Lindsay Obbink is a native of Northwest Iowa and has been serving adults, children, and families in the area for the past 15 years. Lindsay has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Iowa.

Lindsay has experience working with individuals affected by violence and trauma, including domestic violence and sexual abuse. Lindsay also has experience working with individuals struggling with suicidal ideation. Lindsay is a therapist who shows up with compassion, honesty, and a steady presence.

Lindsay believes that healing happens when you feel genuinely seen and safe enough to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Her work centers on helping people untangle the heaviness they’re carrying—whether that looks like anxiety that won’t quiet down, trauma that still echoes, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that feel impossible to break alone. It is a privilege for her to walk alongside individuals on their healing journey.
